- L'Atelier de Montmirail that manufactures non-alcoholic tonic, ginger, and orange liqueurs. Selects infusions, herbal teas, teas, coffees, everything for the aperitif... which you will find at the BrewPub and Le Comptoir.
The BrewPub
The BrewPub (license IV) in Montmirail serves beers, cocktails (with or without alcohol), and delicacies. You can buy to take away; Brasserie beers, spirits, infusions, and teas.

The Workshop
L'Atelier de Montmirail is a brewing workshop where all beers are brewed, but it also produces Orange, Tonic, and Ginger Cordials, and malt vinegar. This Workshop sources, selects, and packages infusions, herbal teas, teas, coffees, nuts, aperitif cakes, and delicacies that you will find at the BrewPub and Le Comptoir.
