Le RingoShu Cocktail Au Saké À La Pomme
It's cherry blossom season in Japan, announcing the start of the rice season. To celebrate this season, we have created a cocktail based on this famous and little-known rice alcohol: Saké.
Ingredients:
- 5cl of sake
 - 2.5cl of gin
 - 2.5cl of peach tea syrup
 - 10 cl of apple juice
 
Put the Saké, Gin, and peach tea syrup in a shaker with ice. Shake. Add the apple juice to the shaker. Shake again. Serve in a Nick & Nora cocktail glass or a champagne coupe. And finally, a kotowaza about apples: ichinichi ikko no ringo ha isha shirazu (一日一個の林檎は医者知らず): 'He who eats an apple a day knows no doctors'.
